Thank you for all your exercise’s and the new updated video also! You have helped me realize my workouts may have caused a lot of tight muscles and you have helped me. Thank you so much!
I’m glad I randomly clicked on this this morning! My bakers cyst is so unpredictable. I’m generally a runner, but it never pops out from running. Only randomly on hikes. Not on every hike, only every so often. It’s so mystifying to me why it comes sometimes and not others. I do a lot of knee strengthening as well. No pain. These are really helpful thank you!
I find your exercises interesting as I’m currently in PT (for the past 6 weeks) for a medial meniscus tear of which the pain from the tear has resolved and they’ve been working on strengthening the left knee with a lot of stretches but have never mentioned tightening the muscle during the stretch (calf stretch) and now my knee feels like there is a band wrapped around it when I bend it. Weird. My right ankle was replaced 20 years ago so I have limitations with that and they tell me my left knee has been compensating for years so is probably why the meniscus tore. I have never had an injury to my knees before…X-rays did not show arthritis which is good for a 70 year old. I just don’t understand why my left knee feels tight around the front and the back of the knee feels strained? I’m doing all the exercises daily. How often should a person do the exercises you recommend? I had my PCP refer me to PT immediately as my son is getting married soon and I need to be able to do the mother/son dance at the wedding. 😊 Thank you for your video.
What about hamstring weakness? I don't know if it was because of the cyst, but I found my symptoms improved a lot just by doing a lot of butt kicks and holds.
Have you thought this way about your Bakers Cyst before??
Fantastic video! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us! 🙏🏼☺️
Glad it resonated Sara!

They can be performed each day depending on how they feel for each person. Good luck getting up for the dance!!

What if you are a baker and you haven't got a cyst. You would feel left out and unworthy.
I’m sure they’d make up for it with the early starts and painfully long days though!
