Ok, this is what FIT looks like! No cell phones, or video games to ruin your body. The choreography takes time to learn so they are exercising often. They are so happy to be together. They are so quick to move! Makes me want to cry happy tears! God is so Good! The older woman and children are a gift to each other. What great memories they are creating. Time together! Family, love! Children in my area are not fit. They sit with phones, tablets and laptops all summer. I probably should have worded my comment differently. Yes, I know people who have lived there.
