    Try fried it with brown sugar mixed up with peanut i always used to eat this kueh after our ancestor praying

    I do eat such kuehs long time ago. I am still not that familiar with its storage. If I keep in fridge, the skin turns hard. Then I will try to steam it but always ended up the skin melted too much

      Just keep it ouside of the fridge la(use cover) unless u wanna preserve it for the next 2 days or so(which i think is weird , id prob just throw it away after 2 days even if i kept them in the fridge)

      Always eat on the same day, especiallythe mung bean fillings. It goes bad really fast. If you cannot finish in one day, you can keep it in the fridge for 1 day, take it out and fry it. This is the best way to go. Crispy skin. Yummy 🤤
