The service was awful 😴i wouldn't recommend it but maybe its beacause it was on Christmas Day but whatever still the service no you guys have to up your game 😬
Good morning- we will communicate this info to the resort so they can learn and improve the experience next time when they have more guests than normal .
We must admit that christmas numbers overwhelmed us. However , on a quiet day the service is awesome. We appreciate your honest feedback and we are working round the clock to make our services better.
I was considering making a visit but now with this info, I know better.
@@jamesmichuki5804 James,the hotel has already noted the mistaka and promised to improve. I think it's best to give it a shot. Am in the hotel industry and l mist admit it's not easy during holidays. Best if luck.
