engine is hydro locked, remedy is just to remove spark plug and give it self start for few seconds and then fix spark plug. Engine will run normally
monu bhai, looks like it's an issue with auto decomp spring. The jammed gases right above the exhaust valve aren't getting cleared up and that is causing the kick problem. i think replacing the decomp spring should take care of the issue.

Monubhai, shayad timing gear ki off centric sleeve dhili ho gayi hogi jisake karan timing gears tight ho gaye hoge. Magnet ko ulta ghumane par sleeve vapis sahi position me aa gayi hogi aur crank barabar ghumane lagi. Chalati gadi me yah problem vapas aa sakati hai. Engine achanak lock ho sakata hai. Rider gir sakata hai. So sleeve ko check karana bahut jaruri hai.

Please make full engine fitting of bullet classic 350
Simple monu bhai, auto decompressor doesn't seem to be working properly. while starting the bike, the decomp should open up the exhaust valve little bit to let the existing gases out from the combustion chamber. if the auto decomp doesn't work properly then it would be difficult to kick start the vehicle. check the decomp spring and its proper installation on the exhaust cam. Good luck
इसमे सिलिंडर मे पेट्रोल की वजह से hydraulic lock लग गया था जो की spanner से घूमने पर खुल गया। किक से यह lock इसलिए नहीं खुल पाया क्योंकि किक के एक चक्कर मे crankshaft कई चक्कर घूम जाती है तो किक से crank को घूमने के लिए बहुत सारा बल चाहिए। इसमे एक काम हो सकता था यदि केवल स्पार्क plug खोलकर किक लगते तो कुछ भी नहीं खोलन पड़ता।

Would anyone be so kind as to give a brief description of the problem and the solution in English? I own a Classic 500 here in America and I love Monu's videos. I can usually figure them out even though they are in the Hindi language which I do not understand. Monu is an excellent teacher but I'm afraid I've been unable to figure this one out simply by watching the video. Thank you.
Problem- The vehicle wouldn't start & also the kick lever was struck.
Solution- Not detected even after opening all the engine covers.
But after Monu & friends opened up the cover the kick lever started to move and also yhe bike started.
Source of the problem remains undetected but the problem got resolved on its own.

Faulty carburettor ! Overflow se piston ke upper fuel collect hua. Ye SAB karne se pehle simply spark plugs Nikal ke kick karte to problem seedha mil jaati... Just a suggestion !
