Jordan's advice was excellent, make notes of EVERYTHING, and make sure you have a paper trail of your complaints (email).
When having professional meetings regarding behaviours and the like, my work’s HR does allow you to have a companion person - perhaps a colleague you trust - who can sit with you. They don’t really speak for you but just offer another person in the room and a witness to what happens. It might be worth seeing if that’s an option?
Kate, I had a similar experience. So sorry. William and John advice is perfect. When it came up again for me, i replied that I wanted to adopt. Questions about reproductive issues were triggering for me and this made that part null. Best of luck Kate.
Same here i divulged personal information after i had been seeing someone for a while and they cooled off big time, my friends said they arent worth it but it does cut deep!

Difference between pan and omni sexual:
Pansexual is where someone is attracted to people regardless of their gender.
Omnisexual is where someone is attracted to people of all genders but the gender of the person influences HOW they are attracted to them.
So for example (very simplified) if someone is pan and they attracted to people with brown hair and blue eyes, it doesn't matter what the gender of the person with the desired traits, they will find them attractive. If someone is omni then they might be attracted to men with brown hair and blue eyes but if a woman has those desirable traits they might not be attracted to her; they're still attracted to people of any gender but their attraction differs depending on the gender

She could copy the CEO and you copy your lawyer and the head of HR. Some things do not change because it's right, but lawsuits and litigation are what makes changes in companies.

The CEO's brother is bullying her and if questioned will probably say he's just having a joke.
I''d suggest she works at being assertive and when he makes his next 'joke' about her calmly say that she doesn't agree, that isn't the case or she doesn't think that's funny. Do this a few times and I'd suggest he'll stop.

For the second issue, and what I do if someone says something nasty I ask them can you explain that ? Or can you go more in depth on that ? Usually it makes them feel too uncomfortable to continue

If there’s such thing as karma, Kate’s date’s swimmers might stop working in time, it’s the least he deserves! You never know it may even help him develop a sense compassion for people in similar situations. The life experiences of a cis man or woman is different to that of a trans man or woman so some people may choose to specify, especially when writing in to a podcast for advice - aspects of which include reproduction - as it provides full context
