When I rented an appartment (more like a room but whatever) in Japan, around New Year our landlord invited all his student tenants to his mantion to cook mochi with his family (his parents, siblings, their partners and kids). Suprisingly, it was quite fun.

I’m enjoying seeing Mai’s adventures as a property owner. I’d enjoy more videos of Mai continuing to expand. I’m kinda curious just how much she could end up making overall! Plus she’s got some romances going on and I’m kinda hooked on where those might go and how that could effect her real estate empire.

I don't know if you've done this, but would be cool to build a house with items from flea market. The challenge is that you have to use them all (including collectibles) and keep the swatches!
This is an interesting idea, but I feel like the flea market always just sells lamps, couch and chairs (+collectibles), so it would limit options for bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen, unfortunately 😔

I love a blue, teal and white Christmas theme! Very snow and ice themed. A flocked blue spruce with frosty teal and royal blue ornaments, holographic snowflakes and silver and white tinsel garlands. I have made some homemade clear snowglobe balls, spray-painted pinecones with metallic paint... And of course the rest of my family prefers the super colorful baubles and lights and silly geeky ornaments instead. I don't mind, so it's kind of been every other year that I've done a stylized tree and the years in between we do more of a family-style tree.
I know the weird feeling without eyeliner, I wear it every day too ;) but just let it be known I haven't noticed and you look lovely with and without ❤ and lovely video as always :)
More game play. You should put a dumpster or big trash cans in the maintenance room to manage the trash problem

Our entire living and dining room is red green and white with the exception of like Santa boots and Reindeer. Tons of Santa's everywhere and elves and some gnomes ❤❤❤🌲🌲🌲
I work in property management & they won’t let us decorate our Christmas tree with residents Incase if anyone got injured. They don’t want us to be reliable for it. But that would be such a fun thing to do with residents

my ideal "christmas" decorations are ones i can keep up until spring. basically just winter greenery and fake berries and some sparkle here and there. i like the more natural vibe, i wish i could just take a snow covered pine forest home with me as decor

This is awesome! I wasn't into the "For Rent" but I will try this as a motel/hotel now. I remember how great the Sims 3 Resort was. On dying sims though out of insane reasons such as embarrassment, I always keep a death flower in my active sims inventory, just in case. That way, the sim can cheat death by giving the flower to the Grim reaper if a ridiculous death happens.

the hysterical death is literally so fr. I started a new gameplay and literally not even 5 minutes in my sim died because she was hysterical.
I love this resort! Very beautiful and every bungalow has it's own style.
btw for Christmas we have real fir trees that we decorate with real candles, straw stars and a variety of handcrafted Christmas decorations that we buy at Christmas markets or make ourselves. It's very mixed and doesn't really follow a color scheme though most things are red/gold/white.
If your sim has the cringe trait, she can't die from becoming hysterical.
Great build, one top for gameplay maintenance would be to add a washing machine and dryer in the appliance room.

6:34 OK so usually we do traditional Christmas but this year we did a kind of modern type Christmas. Our tree was normal. It was just a regular green tree and it was fake. Of course I’m allergic to pine. We had white lights and gold and silver ornaments with red bows and usually we have a regular white star at the top of the tree, but this year we decided to do amockingbird surrounded by a reef for the tree

It would be great if you did a video where you update the trailer park with the money you make from the luxury resort build then make the trailer park a 5 star rating then see what happens with the game and your sim. Am watching your videos and making an assessment to see if Sims For Rent is worth getting. So far you are the only one who has played this game and made it worth watching with a little series with a bit more gameplay. Am really enjoying it.
