Nice video, big country big tramp, I used to live in South Auckland years ago and be part of the South Auckland Tramping club down here now living the dream near Rangiora which has a tramping club. Don't tramp now due to My knees but really nice to see your adventures online, Thankyou.
I walked the St. James Walkway about 40 years ago & Cannibal Hut was just started to be built. Your video was very interesting. But 11 days - you must have had heavy packs! Thank you for the great video. (I was a member of the Auck. CTC for many years).

Greetings from Canada. Very surprised that Canadian Geese fly to NZ. Beautiful video. Thank you for sharing. Subd & 👍16
Hi. I suspect they were brought here for some reason & are now pests like many other introduced species.

Yes, day one packs with 11 days food were heavy but manageable. Cannibal Gorge Hut now looking a bit tired, needs a spruce up.
Wow! Incredible footage, great narration and tidy edit. Thanks for bringing us along for the journey. What an amazing achievement.
Thanks Paul for the great feedback, next one out in a few days.
