Use a little warm whipping cream for better result. Keep 30 minutes in refregerater, the ganache will easily set. Cream beating time of every whipping cream is different according to its brand. In fiona we need 4-5 minutes enough. Ok dear you will ask your doubt any time it's pleasure 🥰🥰
