6:25 Instead of doing an osteotomy, why not just place an instrument on the vertebra in the position where you think it should go, shoot an AP x-ray, check for alignment and move it if necessary? Would this approach not save you anesthesia time and the trouble of doing an osteotomy just to find a landmark?
