Hello, I need your help, Please... I purchased from Amazon a compressor BD35F-HD Secop for gas R-134a and 12v, with his electrónic card, to install in a 87 liters 2 doors fridge. My questions are: 1- What size Of capilllary to use and what length? 2- What high and low pressures should it have? 3- What suction pressure should it have? 4- Is it necesary to add an extra condenser or not? Do I really need to install this compressor to this fridge? Before it was working with a compressor 110v and gas R600, The reason I want to change it from 110v to 12v is to install it in a MotorHome. Thank you very much, and I'm sorry my english is not very good, José Luis López Chimaltenango Guatemala C. A.
Ok so how do you fix the low voltage issue! My compressor will only run when I have the charge inverter on otherwise the red low voltage indicator flashes and compressor will not run. Do I need more amp hour batteries to fix this or maybe some solar panels. Soon as I turn off the charge inverter the fridge compressor will not run
Thanks so much for your helpful videos. I am perplexed by my 101N0210 controller! I have a 2003 Danfoss unit on a Waeco portable fridge. ISSUE: Linking C+T will not start the compressor. But, grounding the T terminal will make the compressor run even if C is disconnected. When I wire a digital temp relay the relay works but the compressor will never stop running. Is there any way I can wire a thermostat to this old 101N0210 controller?
I have a 12v fridge with almost the same components in this video. The compressor and fan kick on and there is a small thin coiled copper pipe which gets super cold, but the fridge stays warm. It uses a cooling plate. What could it be ?
Thanks for this info. It would be good too learn more about the starting processes, ie the voltages and currents applied to the 3 terminals for starting and running, and is there a hack around one could do to this end?
Evan. These compressors are poly phase motors with three equal windings. Just like in a three-phase AC motor, there is no start or run winding, and no capacitors or relays. This video might help ;th-cam.com/video/jl5IWkGSfJY/w-d-xo.html

Amazing video and a great teacher!
Please, can I use 12/24v controller on 48v compressor? Thanks

Chances are your controller needs replacing, if you haven't done this already,
