First off, where did that even come from? Second, I was born in 1996. Third, it was more of a statement than an opinion, as I stated what I imagined when seeing Isaac Yeon's comment. An opinion would be if I said whether or not I would prefer what I imagined over what I actually got or whether or not I like this scene in general.

The Quiet Moment 1. Miguel just standing there like no reaction knowing it’s coming. 2. Robbys reaction was his first time being told quiet, him seeing like wow.
They were never friends in the first place but I feel you! I'm so glad they resolved their differences! I feel like Robby was holding back tho 😂😂😂 but it was a great way to end their feud!
The fight scenes this season seem like they've been kicked up a notch.... The young actors look a lot more polished since the fight in the school a few seasons back, not to mention the choreography looks a lot tighter ...well done....They must work their asses off for this show.
The coolest part by far and one of my favorite scenes in the whole series is when they both find out they're going to be big brothers and embrace, at that moment the rivalry was over forever. Was completely heartwarming.
This was the best way to solve it. Have them slug it out and then, at the end, they're both so excited to have a little sibling. The Sons of Lawrence are finally fighting together.
Man I was so scared when they moved to the upper floor. The season 2 finale broke my heart when Miguel fell, this fight was so tense. It was probably the best way for Miguel and Robby to resolve their rivalry and I'm glad they're friends now (soon to be family!)

People Miguel was a fantastic fighter in season 2 until the fall that fall held him back a lot but it makes sense that Robby helps him get back to his full potential back to where he was before the school fight.

What Robbie says at 3:25 - 3:35 reminds me of EVERY physical altercation I've ever been in. I swear, every altercation I get into I lose sense of everything and it really does feel like I'm in a tunnel. Actually to me it feels more like I'm buried alive and trying to dig myself out of a grave. The adrenaline just takes over completely and I lose all sense of who I am. Pretty cool that the writers gave that a mention. This scene hit me because of that.
I'm so Glad that Miguel and Robby are Friends... To Cement their Friendship, They both ran to give Johnny Lawrence a Big Hug after the Good News of Carmen and Johnny having a Child... God Bless Them🙏😀👍...
After rewatching this scene a few times...cough* multiple times....cough*, I noticed how both Miguel and Robby's demeanor changed at 1:39. In the beginning, they were both calm, stable and confident in their ability to beat the other. But it's in THAT specific moment where Miguel starts to let all the bottled up anger out and fight more aggressively. Robby also notices the change in that moment as he looks at Miguel with fear for the first time... From that point on, it appears that Robby is constantly on defense from Miguel's attacks, especially when they get on the balcony...then at 2:40, I like to think it was then that Robby became aware of their surroundings, feeling a sense of traumatic deja vu in their situation. Fear and regret is written all over his face in that moment.. But then again, I could be over analyzing this. Nonetheless, this scene was definitely one of my favorites!
The part about Robby being very conflicted over his regret of what he did to Miguel in the past is very true, and that's exactly why he stopped fighting and it seemed like Miguel "won" at the end even though the truth is, Robby was done fighting by then. The fear this is a complete misinterpretation though. Neither of them ever had any fear of the other.

For me, this is the best fight in Season 5. It gave us one last fight between the 2 best teen fighters in the show, and it ends with Miguel and Robby accepting their differences and becoming friends, later becoming brothers. The character development for these 2 has been incredible these last 5 seasons.
This was honestly the best way they could have ended this rivalry. Have the situation nearly turn into a repeat of the school fight only in reverse. Like George Lucas said about star wars. it like poetry it rhymes. And Johnny's solution to have the fight it out like that was so perfectly Johnny. This was honestly the best season of Cobra Kai and was a perfect book end for the first 4 seasons. I was so happy to see the rivalry die and see them working together and understanding each other. Bravo
I am so happy to see them unite finally. But this fight should settle down the debate on who is the best as Miguel clearly tops any other teenage fighter of the series.
You can tell Robby saw the pain in Miguel's eyes at the end when he let his anger over take him, they both ended up holding back and realising the pain and mix up they've caused each other is the true redemption, I see them as very much equals, with Miguel being the stronger fighter and Robby being the faster. Maybe this international tournament in season 6 will have them square off in the final to finally see who is the best, now that they're at their fullest potential.
I was so scared when they fought on the second floor again next to the banister like in Season 2. Whew!! And glad the boys got along for the baby coming soon. They’re gonna be the best brothers!! Lol

I don't like that they always make Robby loose against Miguel and Hawk. With all the technique he studied he is my favourite fighter and character and should be able to win.
I feel like when they ended up in that second floor, Robby didn´t want to fight anymore or at least, didn´t want to continue the fight, having afraid of hurting a lot Miguel like the last time in the school, so he just rather to be in Miguel´s place in order to redeem himself with Miguel. But what i´m sure, is that they both are in the same level, in future fights between them i think that anyone could beat each other, somthing like the rivality between Ohma and Raian if someone saw the anime.
Didn't want to fight anymore? Robby was the one who brought the fight to the 2nd floor in the first place or have you forgotten that Robby ran through the door after he kicked Miguel through it? Let's also not forget that during the fight on the 2nd floor, Robby tried to stomp Miguel's back while the latter was on the ground. Face it, Miguel beat Robby, plain and simple.
I’m not gonna lie this fight needed to happen. I kind of wish that some other friends around just to see it to see this raw fight between these two characters for themselves and for each other. not gonna lie, I have a little of that dark leading me. So I would’ve held Robbie out over the balcony just for a moment to make him think I was gonna do it and then pulled him back in. All in all this is a really good night. And you can see that Robbie has the biggest bro that all of that even a Miguel’s growth is pretty close. Because you can look in his eyes and tell that he has never been more sorry for anything in his life. There like Goku and Vegeta at the end of the Buu Arc. Sometimes the only way to put an end to all the hate animosity fear and rivalry, is to duke it out until nothing but love remains, and respect.
That call back to Miguel falling off the rails gave me chills. This felt really natural and an amazing way to finally end Miguel and Robbys rivalry

I feel like when they ended up in that second floor, Robby didn´t want to fight anymore or at least, didn´t want to continue the fight, having afraid of hurting a lot Miguel like the last time in the school, so he just rather to be in Miguel´s place in order to redeem himself with Miguel. But what i´m sure, is that they both are in the same level, in future fights between them i think that anyone could beat each other, somthing like the rivality between Ohma and Raian if someone saw the anime.

I’m not gonna lie this fight needed to happen. I kind of wish that some other friends around just to see it to see this raw fight between these two characters for themselves and for each other.
not gonna lie, I have a little of that dark leading me. So I would’ve held Robbie out over the balcony just for a moment to make him think I was gonna do it and then pulled him back in. All in all this is a really good night. And you can see that Robbie has the biggest bro that all of that even a Miguel’s growth is pretty close. Because you can look in his eyes and tell that he has never been more sorry for anything in his life. There like Goku and Vegeta at the end of the Buu Arc.
