That looks pretty damn good. May not be a ghosted effect necessarily but there is a three dimensional look to it that makes it kinda look like the stripes are submerged or something. Very cool look.
Would be funny/cool to see a couple different hypershift colors laid out in a plaid pattern

Weeks ago, I suggested a very dark black camo pattern for the base coat, then go over that with hypershift to see how the hypershift behaves with varying levels of darkness as a base.
I thought the same thing like a mini truck paint scheme
@@adammercy3588 I mean they made a camo hypershift recently; I feel like a camo pattern would look messy or awkward.
I hope this experiment is leading towards the Hypershift Zebra Stripes

They kinda did that with the liquid soap on the mustang. Didn't care for the patterns it made but the effect was cool.

I wasn't expecting much to be completely honest, but the end result is beyond incredible.

I think this was the absolute most tasteful use of hyper shift I've ever seen. The color combinations and the choice to finish in satin created a piece of art. I've been lurking for years, and this video got me to subscribe.

Before continuing on, I gotta say that, that was the best stick of Truth shot yet. I could clearly see all the colours at play in ways that other videos haven't.
Astonishing it looks really good. i normally do not like the 90s look of flipflop paints. Half of the pigment look would have been much better, but the colour combo is really killing it. Do you have a silver to read shift for ghosting over silver? so it would completely disappear from angles.
Maybe it's because I was born in the 70's, but I'm a total sucker for racing stripes. This may be my favorite episode to date. Love it!
This is my new favourite way to use hypershift. Usually I think doing the whole cars looks too much but stripes 0r other decorative highlights looks great.
While not even close to "Ghosted", this is definitely one of the coolest things you have done on the channel, and gives me all kinds of ideas ;)

The colorshift on the stripe is huge ! I wasn't expecting it to react like that on the onyx base !!!
Looks great. One thing I think would have really set it off even more is a thin red pinstripe on the outer edge

All colors look great on anything greyscale, but especially hypershift/colorshift colors. The contrast makes it just work well together. I would love orange-red-gold super glittery decals over a matte dark gray or black.
Thats sick. It would look even better if the base was one of the colours in the shift. That way the stripe would fade out of existence and slowly fade back in as you move.

This is a great way to give a dark some color still. Sorta makes me think of those rainbow seperants. Would love to see another experiment with this ghosted effect. Maybe something with a bubblegum pink base with this ghosted effect for a purple/blue

One of my favorites, love the blue green tones, subtle but sharp.
Very tastefully done, the ZGA hypershift makes a perfect complimentary color that brings out the best in the base body color. 5 star job. I would rate 10. The Owner should be sporting around with a Permagrin by the excellent Dip.
I am very long time lover of your content and this is the very first one that made me rewind several times to see some color changes. It looks amazing.
My personal favorite. Would love to see you do this with old school hot rod flames. Maybe with a red ,gold , orange hyper shift.

Very, very cool - I love this end result! I kinda wish there was a thinner, matching racing strip on each side of the car though... but even so, its really cool!

That's a 3 just because there was no allowance in the measurements for panel swell. The stripe's vanishing point was the same width as the origin. Making the hood, especially the back filler, and valence, appear almost to angle in. Still looks better than many other jobs out there.

Super clean look. Not really ghost stripes....but much more subtle than the typical vibrant stripes you see, especially on the Ford pony and competitors. Definitely like the colors of this.
