  • Oats Paniyaram is a breakfast dish served with Green Chutney. Paniyraram is an Indian dish made by steaming batter using a mould. It is named variously paddu, guliyappa, yeriyappa, gundponglu, bugga, Kuḻi paniyaram, ponganalu, gunta, or in Tulu: appadadde, appe. Generally, the batter is made of black lentils and rice. Here, Oats & Jogurt/ Hung Curds are used to form the batter.
    Ingredients
    Roasted Oats Powder - 1 cup
    Salt - 1/2 teaspoon for batter + 1/2 teaspoon for veggies
    Jogurt/ hung Curds - 1/2 cup
    Baking Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
    Water - 1/2 cup
    Carrot - 2 (grated)
    Yellow Bell Pepper - 1/4 cup
    Red Bell Pepper - 1/4 cup
    Orange Bell Pepper - 1/4 cup
    Coriander leaves - handful
    Onion - 1/2
    Tomato - 1/2
    Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
    Garam Masala Powder -1/2 teaspoon
    Coconut Oil - to fry
    Green Chutney - to serve
