Good video with great information. I have been looking up about the railblaza rod holders. Do you use the railblaza side port mount star port with the railblaza rod holder ll. I know nothing about this product but I feel like I'm going to give them ago, if I pick the right items lol. Its for my Honwave T38 to fit on the side of the transom like yours. Really enjoyed watching. Thanks Steve 👍
How do you find fishing in a SIB with hooks etc? Used to own a boat but now looking at investing in a SIB for fishing and researching. The chances of hook damage are a bit of a concern. Great content though 👍
Thousands do it now and understand your concern about sharps .. you got to be careful but that's obvious , if for any reason you do get a puncher then the design of the boat will get you back to shore if you blow a tube. The tubes are quiet strong and the material is really tough these days. What boat have you invested in
@@sibfishingadventuresuk1558 Thanks for that. Haven't invested yet, still researching but have been looking at the Honwave 3.8 as need to be able to pack it away etc. I used to own a Predator 165, which was fun but a lot more expensive to keep with mooring costs etc.
@@paulshanks2020 lovely boats both.. just do some research in to how you planning on launching it.. if on a trailer then that's ok, even though the honwave is the lightest boat they still hard work .. where abouts you based
Based in Norfolk and the launch sites are limited, that's why I ended up mooring the Pred in Lowestoft. Would need to store it in the garage and setup each time. Looking at using front dolly wheels too, just to make it a bit easier.
@@paulshanks2020 good set of 350 wheels is a much have, but try before you buy Southampton Boat shore will have a range of boats .. honwave excel or quicksilver,
nice video .fantastic coastline around the gower peninsula.you certainly cover some ground on your SIB.
