@@Dovahkiinxyz yeah pretty much, but even with the dlc, you'd be surprised how many people haven't found them. that's because the achievement doesn't spell it out properly, so figuring out what to do, that's the part that can lose people lol. the achievement looks like a person working or building, but Skyrim isn't Mindcraft, and it sure ain't Fallout 4.
And even with Fallout, your more less rebuilding, unless you use a mod that fixes Sanctuary, but i don't know too many people that do.
however in Skyrim, there's a tiny bit of construction, but it's only good for one thing and it's for that specific achievement.
