  • In Korea, people usually eat samgyetang(=Ginseng Chicken Soup) on the hottest summer days.
    Because it helps supplement nutrition by putting ginseng and other medicinal ingredients in the whole chicken.
    Baeksuk(=Whole Chicken Soup) is also a food that eats a lot in summer.
    Whole chicken boiled with garlic and served with sea salt.
    Sweet rice is boiled in the leftover stock to make a thick rice joint.
    Ginseng and Jujube may be added to the floor.

    [Cooking ingredients]
    Chicken, Glutinous rice, Ginseng, Astragalus root, Arrowroot, Dried jujube, Dried chestnut, Ginkgo fruit,
    Salt, Mung bean, Garlic, Dried shiitake mushroom, Dashima(=kelp)
    [Recipe]
    1. Trim the chicken for samgyetang
    1)Cut holes into the skin under the chicken legs
    2)Stuff the cleaned chicken with chestnut, garlic, dried jujubes, ginseng, and glutinous rice
    3)Cross the chicken legs into the cut holes
    2. Boil the astragalus root and arrowroot in water
    3. Remove the medicinal herbs after brewing and add the collagen made from brewing the chicken feet
    4. Add the chestnut and dried jujube
    5. Add the samgyetang and baeksuk chicken to the soup
    6. Skim off the rising oil from the broth
    7. Add the remaining ginseng, dried shiitake mushroom, garlic, dashima and boil the broth
    8. Take the chicken out when its skin is separating slightly
    9. Make the chicken porridge
    1)Pour the glutinous rice into the chicken broth and stir it
    2)When the glutinous rice is almost fully cooked, add the mung bean

    月1の参鶏湯を作って食べました!日本では鳥の足は手に入らないので、あんなにもコラーゲンたっぷりなのは知らなかったです!私が作ったのはなんちゃって参鶏湯です!日本語の字幕付けてもらえたら嬉しいです!

      요즘엔 옛날처럼 할머니랑 손녀가 함께 있는 모습을 보기가 힘든데,
      석희랑 쑤니할매는 서로 투닥거리면서도 친하게 지내는게 보기 좋은거같아요~ ^^

    Excelente la abuela muy trabajadora y explica muy bien paso a paso la receta
    Pero la acompañante malísima está más ocupada de su pelo cosa muy antigénica. Hace quedar muy mal a los koreanos en cuanto a la limpieza en la comida está más sentada y cansada
    No podían conseguir alguien que tenga interés en aprender?????
