Thank you for your comment and sincere apologies for the much delayed reply. We are still going strong in 2020 with a new look team set-up including a dedicated Social Media Manager. :-) Changes TH-cam made to notifications mean not all subscribers are being informed of our new and ever improving content so we are reaching out to each and every comment to let you know we are still around and have more than 20 investigation episodes on the channel now. We also have a Facebook page we would love you to join for regular updates and posts from the team. With ever improving cameras, techniques and locations Ghost Quest and Tales From The Graves are going from strength to strength. :-)
Very happy memories of this pub, (I always thought it should be called the Bark to Bounty)..especially our first ever visit- would have been back in the late 70s, possibly early 80s. They still offered the traditional Northern 'High Tea'. After some hours walking in the area we were starving....mmm, potted shrimps..Those were the days.
A great show and why was the steps to the pub so high...easy so the huntsmen/women could walk from the pub and get on their horse at the correct height there was no hand rail that was added laters i have seen a lot of Hunters pubs where the steps are steep and had the same value of use...hope that helps ! Ass anyone noticed the carvings in the rocks of names?

First story is "possible, however I don't think 2 women would be able to or would bury Thomas under water. That current is strong, the body would float and I'm just not buying it. However it could be possible SPIRIT Thomas could make it to the tavern, he would have to either go back there with his mother, or the body, if that is in fact where it was displayed. But the truth is, unless people have spoken to Spirit Thomas at the tavern, and know for a fact that the story is true, then it's just a story and can be any ghost with a false identity created by rumor and myth. As for the second story, it's very far fetched.I have seen spirits myself, I have many. I know who they are, what they are and why there at my house, I BROUGHT them here. The point is I am positive no one saw a ghost long enough to hug them. Ghosts have no face.

These videos are all great and Simon's style of Tale Telling just adds to it.
