    These old videos has proven themselves to be very helpful for me when I teach junior engineers.

    Loved this video. Terrific getting an understanding on how cutting tools and all the angularity stuff works. Should apply to hand chisels as well. I'll have to see what the rake angle is on mine.

    13:30 does this mean 0⁰ rake wants to shear the entire top at once?
    (of course it doesnt, in reality; it just produces a nasty chip)
