The engine brake on the 450 is different haha do you pull your clutch in when dropping back I try drop back no clutch and engine brake brings me right back down barley any brake

That’s what I love about the bike you don’t need to hit the back break because of the engine breaking for wheelies I use smooth linear but for people thinking you don’t need to hit the back break and it will be easy on it do not 😂😂 but because the filter is on the front they get dirty Easy u should maybe get some shroud filters if you want to do less maintenance but try smooth linear map 2 all the overs are to unpredictable for me they make sure a diffennce nice vid

Nice bikes! I've been working on my new Italian TM Racing EN300ES 2 stroke engine for a few months and just finished and wanted a 4 stroke again...so went and got a brand new 2022 Honda CRF450R-S (2020 version twin pipe with traction control). It is going to XPR Motorsports to get the engine built like the Motoconcepts Honda bikes since he builds them. It is so sick having a 450 4t and a 300 2t - best of both worlds!!! However, I'm so glad that I started on 250 4t and 125 2t when I reimursed myself back within the moto community cause I started back up in 2015 with a brand new Yamaha YZ250FX (had never rode a modern fuel injected 4 stroke before that) and put a pretty good engine kit on it and sent myself to the hospital twice in the first month - my ex wife was furious!!! lmbo haha
Anyways, I've loved Yamahas ever since, just not many for sale around here due to waitlists in Seattle region,, and I wanted one last hoorah with one 2 stroke and one 4 stroke internal combustion engine dirt bike before we turn to electric bikes in 2035!!! I was dreading the future with these electric machines until I beheld a Stark Varg for the first time a week or two ago...80HP & 60Ft-lbs of torque!!!!??? Mamma Mia!!!!! 💪
You gotta put a GYTR Ported Head Assembly, FMF Full titanium exhaust, and GYTR High Compression Piston, Vortex ECU, and a Rekluse/Hinson clutch package!!! 👏👌🙌👍😎
