Tried the platform and found it to be very lacking for how it had been
presented prior to release. I would say HBO MAX is not worth your money.

I remember my female roommates watching her show on E! back in the early 2000s, and when I saw it I said, this is horrible, how can you think this is funny? They swore she was the funniest woman in the world. I told them the show would never last, and thought she would soon be off TV forever. I was wrong, many years later she's still around, and I'm just as baffled now as I was back then about why people find her funny.

I dont think this or any of her stand up is that funny, but I do want to say that it's not necessarily a bad thing for her to make jokes about dark topics in her life like being suicidal or the deaths of her family members. It can be a therapeutic way to cope. Gives you a sense of strength towards the situation.
