Guys, no. The Savior Has Come is not a useless Ultimate. If you're doing PRs or Main Story Quests, it's pretty useful when you'll have to protect your partner from multiple or stronger enemies.

The only difference between switching masters is the chance of a Z-assist, when you use an Ultimate taught by your current master, there's a chance their Z-spirit will show up and increase the damage done by the attack. This was shown with the Final Flash. You probably saw the image of Vegeta when the attack was fired, didn't you? Yeah, that's the Z-assist.

The only difference between the Perfect Kamahamaha and the Super Kamahamaha is that the Perfect you can not block, as for the super you can block, so it would kinda make sense that that perfect kamahamaha takes a little more time then the Super, just saying from experience
Once you've finished the Cell sage Cell will randomly appear in Toki Toki City to train you. Only one mentor will appear at a time, so if he's not there you can jump in to a mission, finish it or quit and the mentor who spawns will reset :)
its like this if goku is still your mentor and you do super kamehameha it has a chance of doing tht z thing and all i know its a high change not a low chance
+Jakob Hutterer Scatter kamehameha is actually strong , they probably weren't locked on when they did it to make it look bad . normally it does just as much as super kamehameha or final flash . 2 really good ultimates are giant storm and super galic gun
karan patil yeah i use giant storm when i do hard quest and the thing with super galic gun is that it takes tooling to charge , if you dont charge it, its like full power galic gun .

scatter kamehameha isn't useless you were too close that's it didn't work like there's certain distances you need to be at I used my saiyan character and spammed it on the bardock mission by making them target bardock then doing it since it hits multiple targets

if you get the saviour has come and blue hurricane you just win the missions, every character flies towards you and you take them with 1 ult.

If you go to player data and scroll along you can find your progress with each trainer. It goes up a little after each mission

Quick correction there can be more than one mentor in toki toki city. I think at max there can be 3 in each area it's just very rare
