ITRC & ALGA Workshop - Working Together on PFAS

ITRC collaborated with the Australian Land & Groundwater Association (ALGA) to host a hybrid Workshop on PFAS on November 14th, 2022.
The event brought together three U.S speakers, Kristi Herzer (Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation), Bill DiGuiseppi (Jacobs), and Shalene Thomas (WSP) to share their perspectives on PFAS in the U.S. The Australian speakers, Andrew Mitchell (ADE Consulting), Dr. John Hunt (GHD), and Nigel Holmes (Queensland Department of Environment and Science) shed light on the situation in Australia. The speakers were asked questions relating to the regulatory environment in their country, treatment technologies, and fluorine-free aqueous film foaming foams.
