You delegated your assistant to managing the team for matches and then decided to attend the game e.g watch it from the stands. Imagine the assistant annoyed he has to manage the game and seeing the manager cheering in the stands lol
I play this game a ton and I didn’t know that was possible
@@benficademacaufan yeah it's not super useful in single player unless you wanted to watch a player you were interested in I guess. I've only used it before when doing a save with a friend to watch their matches as they are playing

@@NerdCubedYou gotta do a challenge in football manager at some point, there's so much potential for it. It's a shame it's such a time consuming game because it really is a great foundation, even for someone like me who doesn't have any particular interest in football and lives in a country where it isn't particularly popular (and we are terrible at it)
Even us Pro's delegate everything to the staff
I work in a Game shop here in the UK. There was a deluxe edition for the PS5 that came with stickers for the controller…. We still have them to give out and no one wants them

I always used to play as two managers, one for a team I wanted to manage, and one as Man U so I could give everyone crazy wages and play mostly goal keepers so not only would they be relegated but they would be super bankrupt.
