Yes, but it had many problems (and still has some) With PS3 it worked only with certain types of PSPs and supported only 4 games in total. On PS4 it was available for PS Vita, and it started well, at least with the first games that have been optimised for the remote play (eg: by rearranging the controls to make them playable with the PS Vita layout, adjusting the input and resolution, the bitrate and allowing a direct connection between the consoles) but after the first bunch, they started to just take the games as they were and putting them on the Vita without doing anything, giving you many problems such as lag, tiny illegible texts, terrible controller configurations and so on... When they released the app for android, initially it worked only on sony phones and only with the DualShock 4, keeping all the problems of the PS Vita remote play + they removed the direct connection to the PS4, making it unusable for anyone who didn't have a really good router AND a wired connection to the PS4. When they opened the remote play app to non Sony phones, it brought all the problems it already had + with most of the devices, it didn't work with any controller at all, leaving you with on screen touch controls only. This particular problem has been solved by Google, when they integrated the DualShock 4 official drivers in android stock, without the need to rely on a Xperia phone. When they released the iPhone app, they decided to remove the requirement to use the DualShock 4 only and open it to every controller available on iPhone, but for some reason, they decided that Android was not worthy of this perk, and left it stuck with the DS4 only requirement (expanding it to the DualSense and recently to the Backbone one PlayStation edition too) Right now you could use a third party app such as PS Play to use better controllers (like a Gamevice Flex), but you'll still have the tiny texts issue... Unless you have a foldable phone, which can make the problem a little less problematic thanks to its screen size. Or you might want to use a SteamDeck or something similar with Chiaki to get a decently big screen and a sort of WiiU configuration
