I worked in Information Technology for over 20 years and for a part of that my career was writing "user manuals" and also troubleshooting technical problems.. After several attempts, and finally today desperate to use the SewNet Cloud while away on a retreat after trying to "save" several files to the cloud I eventually found your TH-cam video. I honestly cannot understand how badly this interface has been designed! Thank YOU for finally giving me the tip I needed to get some files transferred to the SewNet Cloud.. The app has yet to work on my computer but at least I can manually get myself to the page and scroll down far enough to finally see where the upload link actually is.!! Time that could have been spent embroidering!!!

You kidding me? Me too. I also have over 20 years of IT and technical writing and I could NOT get it either! I was so mad I came to bed and thought I’d watch videos. So glad it’s nit just me!

An update on this video. You can use your Mac without the need to download the .zip file MySewNet application (the one that only works with Windows). Simply use the internet and your preferred browser to log onto your MySewNet account, then follow the video instructions to upload either files or folders. It works just fine.

Thank you sooooo much! I am very happy with your tutorial and very disappointed in HV that the instructions are so poor.

I am yet to try this out, but I really do second what you say about the instructions being poor, or more accurately, non existent. I was equally annoyed about the poor instructions for the machine. It's all very well saying they are built in, but you have to know a certain amount even to get to them. On top of that, it is difficult to read them, and of course impossible to write notes, as you are actually using the machine. You need them in written form next to you. I think that when you spend SO much on a machine, instructions are the least they should give you.
PS - I know you can download and print most of them off the internet, but at 200 odd pages, that is quite a cost in time, ink and paper.
