Those are made for already leveled field maintenance, not really for primary initial leveling of fields. On most fields that are precisioned leveled the filled areas will settle some for a few years after the initial cutting and filling the areas that were cut also seem to rise a little from year to year this is a maintenance tool to help maintain those areas....
We used to have a John Deere version still made by eversman you can use them for leveling a pretty rough field if you use like a box blade and move a lot of dirt. We also used a different style we always called a rain plane and they where only good for leveling out little dips but after you ran one across you couldn’t get much better.

do you have problems with wind erosion . I use one of those but always run spring tooth down brings up some clods
Not so much wind but water does a number on the bed when it pours.
How many hp in that tractor ?
I think 70hp. I believe that is what the 70 means in the 7085
