Claiming a 9 & 11 year old stated themselves that they want their baby pictures is kind of hard to believe. When I was that age, I never recall reminiscing about my baby pictures. That sounds like more of a want from the mother as opposed to the children.
WTF Judy!! These girls witnessed their father attacking their mother, but you want them to believe that he loves them? WTF???? A man who can put his hands on the mother of his children, far less IN FRONT OF THEM!!! Does NOT! care nor love his children. PERIOD!!! Looking at this, I’m just disgusted. How dare she try to convince these beautiful and intelligent young ladies to have a relationship with their abusive father so they can grow up with the message that you should give your abusers a second chance. HELL! NO! Not all families can be fixed. Their mother was right to move away from him. Some mothers never leave and we can all see the results of that from the dysfunctional men we sometimes unfortunately encounter. WTH was this judge thinking.
I LOVED your comment! I was so disappointed in Judy. It seems she never dealt with an actual narcissist in all her years in family court. It doesn't take two to fight, it takes two to get along. One can't get along while being a target of the other. Especially when the shots hurt the kids too. And telling kids, your dad loves you, he just shows it different, is setting them up for lots of confusion and likely abusive relationships down the road. They knew on their own if he was supportive and encouraging and enthusiastic about them. I did manage to get us far away as well, my only regret is not being able to do it sooner. I left the doors open for contact, and he was usually too busy to talk on the phone and always cut visitations short. And lied. And was openly selfish. They're way grown up now and have rarely had contact over the years. I know they missed out on a lot, not having been raised by a decent, loving father, but their father wasn't that. They don't see him because of him and they don't blame me.
The judge is being one-sided. She was not there, she does not know what's going on. She's being biased. She's taking the men's side completely, and that's not right?She doesn't know what was going on for sure. Kids are not dumb. They can sense when things are going on if they have that much of a dislike for their father. There's gotta be a reason.He's probably shown them things. And he's not helping, when not given the kids their things!!! I think the judge is wrong in this situation. She's being very chauvinistic.
You have a manhating filter dear..it takes two to argue..slapping each other..she moved the children far away, he let them go to save the children further trauma through the court system..just because they are divorced does not mean he doesnot love his children..

How do you think keeping the kids thing's is gonna help anything. That's gonna make them not want to see him even more. They were both wrong for fighting in front of the children.But the father keeping the things it's just not right!
Love Judge Judy, she was wrong and out of line on the 1st case. Just because the kids didn’t witness all the abuse doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. Maybe Mom had to save herself so she can be a good mother. Maybe she had no where to go, and her family lives in Hawaii so that is where she went. All I am saying, there is not enough information presented to say what she said.

Their Dad will love them until they voice opinions of their own.He won't let them have their own things now. .it will only get worse.
