And as i watched a true story about a friend who laid down her life for her friend's life i.e., took a prison sentence to be served after she served her own sentence in Thailand so her friend could go free. It"s evident that this greedy defendant had no character but would leave her friend holding the bag.
That type of stroller is not suitable in a crowd. Its long n protruding out n easily get caught at people s legs . Both huaband n wife especially wife looks entitled.
What stikes me is how petty and unneccessary many of these lawsuits are. I felt badly for the lady with the two children at the fast food place. I feel just as badly for the people who try to deal with people like that. It was obvious she had limited capacity of some sort, and no amount of reasoning would provide her understanding. That kind of person inadvertantly creates much grief for others and has no clue why so many people wash their hands of them. When you see many of the people who come to court, one's heart goes out for what their children must be going through.
The male defendant with the dating services is a very particular person. I think the situation is with him. He stated he wanted to date women who exercise. Asks so much of others when he's body clearly shows no workout itself, and he's average looking. He wouldn't be as they say, God's gift to women. How sad that we see others as less than us. What if he met an average person like him who was a beautiful personality within and is faithful as can be to him, against a physically beautiful woman who his eyes sees as an approval, but is the type of person who is unfaithful and talks and laughs about him behind his back.
If it was doddi he could have confronted the other guy, it sounds as though he could not pay and the other guy also could not pay. So they cooked up the story because it was in the woman's name. The expression on his face gave it away

That's why it's small claims court. Any time you have a dispute that's not worth anybody's time they tell you to take it to small claims court.
