Thnx for the advice just swapped to higher needles. bigger jets. and reseted the whole airsettings, and it runs like Clockwork. (Atm) time to build e Third exhaust and redo the whole thing again.
@hondariderky i took a regular rear light and welded a washer to it to make it side mount and then took some steel and bolted it to the light and drilled some holes for the plate.
nice bike ,i like i just made one but its a gs 450 turned it into a bobber i will upload clip later this week ,any way keep it up its a big progect now i ll know...
hey, i really love your bike... i have one of the same model totally stock, but i plan on making it a bobber. what is the size of those struts? does the lowering affect its drive shaft functioning?

@adamawj The exhaust on the bike was originally a kerker 4-1, I took a 4-2 off an 81 touring model, bolted right on.

@blaksupersport not really, it ran pretty good, usually in the 12s. i had to adjust the idle cause of the weather. was a lot warmer the day earlier.

Sounds like you need to adjust your needles and maybe try different jets.
