In my village a person as a implement like yours. I borrowed the implement but y don't know how to use it, neither the owner. I found this video that shows how to use it, but the part of covering the potatoes with soil is missing. I am from Portugal. By the name the farm does not seem to be in Portugal, but by the implements you use I think that's in Portugal.
