It amazes me how well this video is edited. It might be one of the best simply edited informational videos I have ever seen. There are so many subtleties in the shifts while keeping the representation clean and minimal. I feel most can easily overlook it in passing glance, but it really is impressive.

I've always liked collar jewellery, they help you look more sophisticated. I usually never wear a tie without wearing a tie bar

I used to wear tie bars but they were short lived as I favored the tab snap. I don’t recall the brand but they made a densely woven end-on-end with French cuffs and a tab snap. I always though that material with French cuffs was a bit of an outlier but I loved them.

I go thru all my notices for the day and pass over GG videos till the last one. Placing the video at the front I tend to listen to it in a background atmosphere. Last feed I can sit there in a quiet house and enjoy. Thank you all.

Yeah Preston. Rockin' the purple-people-eater look! Love it.
Regarding the collar clip, it's a pretty cool look, but I really like John Wick's collar bar look from #2 in the series. There's something about the way it squeezes the shirt collar in, pops the tie, and stands out in the outfit while remaining understated in design.

I recently purchased an original Anson 1940s collar bar from Thomas Farthing's jewellery archive and I must admit it has began somewhat of an obsession for me with antique jewellery. They really look great with a proper spearpoint collar shirt.

The bar and clips look classic. I’d try my luck with points or even a brooch instead of the look of what most people would confuse with a safety pin.

You would not make jewellery out of pure 24k gold it is too soft. 14k is normal, the price for 8g of 14k gold is more like 280dollars. Still expensive, but not quite 500.

In the English speaking world its pronounced 'gorjet' not gorjay .... just as valet is pronounced as its spelt.

Gentlemen dont wear jewellery, possibly a watch, even signet & marrige rings are common. Thats it, if you show up wearing a collar pin I know you aren't or at least weren't born, a gentleman, aalthough Im not judging gentle status can be achieved but collar jewellery will always look common. While Im at it old chap, the tie & jumper look is very preppy West Coast, one definition of a gentlemans look is not looking American.......

Hi guys. I love your content. You keep us men looking classy! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you do!!! Does Sven Raphael Schneider ever sell any of his suit jackets? If yes, is there a link to those sales or a place where we could buy said items? (He's even the same size as me so I'm always drooling over the plethora of amazing jackets he has)
