Buddys flipping videos are the best I'll admit. I've been flipping for a few years and recently started uploading my own flip videos this past year. Thanks for the inspiration.
Finally Buddy! We've been waiting for this video for a long time. Wow, this car was a lot of work. You probably got fed up with this Civic when you were detailing the interior and some of the stains just wouldn't come off even after 7 hours of work. I know that feel. This car didn't turn out as perefect as I would like and as you usually do, but that's because previous owner left it in such a mess, and as you said it's not worth it to perfectly restore such an economy car with 190,000 miles on it already. Especially since the new driver who got this as a gift will put more than one dent on it for sure. Do you regret getting yourself into this car becuase it was so much work for less profit than you usually get? I guess not really, since at least it's not a loss.
Finally a truly honest video on car flipping. From the buying the car part to the selling the car part you did not leave out much. You included most the parts and labor and time. What you didnt include was the time to go and buy the car, to ship items off for repair, to go buy tools and material, and the time to sell the car. For $66 an hour i rather enjoy my time than doing this. There is another TH-camr who posted videos doing car flipping but he lied about the cost of buying a car. Like buying a nice looking car with minimal mechanical issues for $300. I called BS on that Question. Didnt you have to register the car first before you can sell it? My DMV would make sure its registered in your name before you can sell it in private. If you are a dealer its a different story but then you have to pay fees and stuff.

This episode claims to be 'the entire process of making profits of thousands of dollars' but makes no mention of all the Due Diligence which is essential when purchasing any pre-owned vehicle, particularly one that had obviously been treated with gross disrespect and neglect and has an extreme amount of unsightly external damage? At a very minimum, a potential buyer should carefully and thoroughly check the documented history of the item for sale, the truthfulness of the Title Document (particularly that it has not been 'washed' or blatantly forged), the Service History (if any), whether the vehicle has any outstanding debt attached to it, if it has been involved in any reported mishaps, if it has passed any necessary Annual Official Tests, whether it has ever been stolen and recovered, if it has been involved in a fire or a flood, and any and all other relevant matters. Potential purchasers of such vehicles in the USA should be aware that duplicity, misrepresentation and downright lies are common in this type of dealing, particularly those involving the Internet, and (as Legal Advisors often have to explain to upset buyers), the Law provides little or no recourse for many of those people who recklessly buy dubious cars without the necessary knowledge or care. 'Caveat Emptor' ('Let the Buyer Beware') is vital before agreeing to any form of contract. It would also be more convincing if Content Creators did not overstate their 'profits' in these transactions, as in the case the 'clickbait' return is implied as $3,000 but is later in the video admitted to being actually only $1,723 (if labour costs are ignored). TH-cam sites such as this may sometimes be entertaining, but as a risk-versus-reward analysis of real-world 'business' they are not a reliable basis for making key decisions.
I don't know why you feel the need to explain all these things. Everybody should be aware of those facts otherwise they should not be allowed to explore the internet or even have access to an internet connection because they would be constantly in danger.. If anyone did make life choices listening to a you-tube video then there is something definitely wrong with them. And you really going to comment on the thumbnail ? I mean come on where do you think you are ? Church ? Buddy is nice enough to share some critical knowledge with us while doing his job flipping the car to make a decent profit for himself. Never claimed that this video contains all the information u need to buy a used car and be a successful professional. He only told us some information/tools/ideas/points that he personally uses when he looks for cars to flip. He even makes separate videos of isolated car labor parts for even further help with particular car improvements and fixes. Consider being less of a know-it-all in the future and avoid to only critique an objectively great job. You could highlight some things that you actually enjoyed in the video since you spent 22 minutes watching it.
i have a really good question, ive been getting into it myself. my question is, do you transfer title to yourself before selling? or how do you sell it asap ? please id appreciate it id love to know how to like get the title to my name without having to pay fees on every vehicle i want to flip
@@joaquinsanchez7539 you can just do it under the table it’s pretty hard to get caught “title jumping”. I feel like personally if you’re not running tolls in their name and take off the plates before sale out of respect of the original seller (if they didn’t take them off when you bought it) it’s fine.
This one feels better than the other videos. It was a car that had a lot more to give to a new owner as a reliable, efficient daily, but I could have seen it going to a crusher or getting too much money sunk into it. I wouldn't have even tried, given the body damage and airbag. This was a rescue, with exactly the right amount of investment put into it to make it good again.

I really like the videos and organization. I’m curious on the tire you replaced. I always thought tires needed to be replaced in pairs, unless AWD which would be all four. Did you consider getting two matching used tires or not worth it?
Yeah man I need these videos at least monthly honestly my favorite channel to watch
13:43 damn daddy buddy is buff af
Best negotiation advice I’ve ever received… never ‘meet in the middle’. You both lose, rather than one side winning. It pays to walk away.
was this video meant to go up yet? lol
no lmao. how did you find it?
Ayo wtf
Ayyyye
This is some forbiden juice
@@BuddysDIY I found it in my bloody notifications!
My friends and are I are deciding to get in on flipping cars. Also from fl pompano. But watching you helps a lot I already got one of my dream cars but we’re all at a point where we want a garage and just keeping on earning money. Your channel helps alottt
You must be fun at parties.
Right? Lol
I learnt a bit from your comment... thanks bro
Right on. People make it look easy on the Internet but in reality it is not what it seems.
I know nothing about cars or the flipping business, however this was entertaining. Very impressive espec when fixing the mechanical issues

i have a really good question, ive been getting into it myself. my question is, do you transfer title to yourself before selling? or how do you sell it asap ? please id appreciate it id love to know how to like get the title to my name without having to pay fees on every vehicle i want to flip
get a life atta boy
@@joaquinsanchez7539 you can just do it under the table it’s pretty hard to get caught “title jumping”. I feel like personally if you’re not running tolls in their name and take off the plates before sale out of respect of the original seller (if they didn’t take them off when you bought it) it’s fine.
I would help her filming if I was you
Ur gf is good for nothing
Most interesting videos to watch in my opinion. Does not get bored while watching.
Watching from The Netherlands
Thumbs up
This one feels better than the other videos. It was a car that had a lot more to give to a new owner as a reliable, efficient daily, but I could have seen it going to a crusher or getting too much money sunk into it. I wouldn't have even tried, given the body damage and airbag. This was a rescue, with exactly the right amount of investment put into it to make it good again.
great video i used to sell cars for a living and i can tell that you are very honest on everything that you said i like that cause i had learn new things from you great job keep up the good work
This actually helps you explain it very good you show to videos and show what you need to do
This is actually so helpful thank you for making good content!
I´m always there when you upload go on I enjoy every Vid es much as I can !!!
DIY Buddy, I love the videos! I was wondering if you could make a video detailing how to actually transfer ownership of the car (transfer of title, safe ways to transfer funds, how to drive a car you just bought home) and other stuff that car flippers might need in order to buy and sell cars. Thanks!
In a world where people just throw everything away, it’s refreshing to see someone actually fix something
First time viewer. Awesome video and i especially like how quick and efficiently you go through everything.
This is incredibly helpful for a lot of people, I know nothing about car’s, now I do and you explained what to look out for perfectly and to the point. I’ll feel better when I get a new car, And selling my old car. I would love your advice.
this is diamond!
absolute mastery the way he explained everything.
Hey man! Amazing new video ! I was waiting for family to go to sleep so i can watch it in peace ! It is currently 00:30 here in Thessaloniki Greece. Hope you can make it and upload much more often cause this content is great to watch. Best wishes bud!

Love from India... We need more mechanic like you
I can’t wait to try this.
Although im in high-school and don’t know much about cars Im 100% willing to learn.
i dont know much about cars but i love watching your car flips
I’d love a video explaining the process of how to get into car flipping. Your first car with little experience, getting licensed, tools to have on-hand, etc. thinking of getting into it on the side but not 100% sure where to start.
Lol I actually started watching these videos to learn ways to fix my future car (currently saving) for whenever needed (also cause it’s intriguing) Can’t wait for next video!
I am glad that you are back. I enjoy watching your videos.
Thank you my friend ❤️
What an amazing way to create value for people. It's no secret that EVs are not going to save the world. People will need to use and repair vehicles for years to come. I drive a 2004 Toyota Corolla. Still going strong.
wowwwww finally after ages I can say TH-cam is alive, enjoyed your video alot -
Im glad you listed the labor honestly. This shows what the true profit is
These videos are the best and most clear car flipping videos! Keep up the great work!

I only see these videos for how entertaining they are. It's like ASMR for a car guy. Good job Buddy, great content quality.
Love to see a local Orlando fellow doing well and being an entrepreneur! ❤
That interior actually looks really good for what it was before 😮😮
Bro this car is rocking! Great job as always Buddy!!
Awesome videos bro! you remind me of ChrisFix. You and ChrisFix are one of the most entertaining car-related youtubers ever. I got inspired to flip cars myself one day.
