P18 Sail and Sunset 7/12/24

We sailed from Wilson NY and anchored off of Four Mile Creek State Park, to relax, eat, watch the sunset, and sleep overnight. An odd haze kept us from the normal view of Toronto, and then the haze built to a rainstorm near Toronto that was not in the forecast. We avoided the rain and lightning, and it provided an interesting sky, and the clouds parted enough at ground level to catch an odd sunset as the sun set under the remnants of the rainstorm. The storm also set in motion a swell of waves from the north, which rocked us most of the night. We woke at dawn to chirping birds and fog and very heavy dew.
