I just started watching, and immediately subscribed ❤️. Bulgari is the brand I am most interested in now. I am slowly coming out of a strong Chanel obsession, but the epic and absolutely bizarre rate of price increases have shook me out of the habit of primarily shopping with them. The quality for price with Bulgari far exceeds Chanel. I have one Bulgari bag so far, a Serpenti bucket bag in water snake, and I am IMPRESSED.
wow I wish I found your channel sooner! You are so on point on all these luxury brands! I grew up with wealthy friends (I'm not though) and none of them would be caught dead in the kind of "luxury" bags we see everywhere like the flashy LV, Gucci bags, etc, and they buy real jewelries, not decorative jewelries. They introduced me to Moynat, Moreau, Delvaux, Valextra, etc, and I found Bvlgari myself when I saw them at Harrods. SO BEAUTIFUL so well made and elegant but understated!
Wonderful video! The bags are stunning. Perhaps you could do a video on your" bag inspection protocol". I am definitely learning great tips from you but I admits that certain level of details still escapes me. By the way, my Sesia bag (smooth leather) is truly incredible in the way it is holding up. I have been tempted to buy a Celine Box bag but when I look at several used to have a sense how they are aging, I see so many unpleasant scuffs. I am still not sure if it is worth it. What do you think?

Not a fan of replicas. They all need to be burnt!
Oh wow, you absolutely noticed more than i did with the cabochon, i will definitely go with the 1st version of the cabochon. Shame they didn't use the same leather for the newer cabochon. As for the clasp on the serpenti forever, (i have the crossbody version) i do only use that bag for special occasions. I will absolutely be careful with the puncture clasp. Sorry for all the comments, I've been typing as i watch the video. Thank you again, so much for really breaking serpenti bags down, this helped me massively. ❤️
I was offered the Bvlgari Top Handle, like yours, in the Large version. Unfortunately, the lining is fabric, and that makes me a bit nervous. I would like to wear it as soon as I go out for errands and not as an evening bag, as I have chosen another one for that purpose. What do you think? Thank you so much! Oh, and it's very strange that the Top Handle bags are more expensive than some limited edition models. Personally, I find that odd, especially since those are lined with leather.
Lovely review! I love my deep blue Bvlgari Serpenti bag and use it almost every weekend. The color looks amazing with blue jeans. The only thing that annoys me is that my hair tends to get stuck in the chain. There is also quite a lot of creasing on top of the bag from opening and closing. I use it pretty often though, so it is well loved. 🎈
I can image deep blue with denim! Lucky you. The creasing will be fine it won’t tear through provided you are looking after it, which I’m sure you are. I like the fact that you are getting a lot of wear from you bag. May you continue to enjoy it!

I think some of the bigger names , which are still very pricey , have sold out and introduced vulgar designs to appeal to mass markets , and lost their original identity ! I have often thought Coco Chanel must be doing cartwheels in her grave ! Not everyone has money to burn , and I think you are better off going preloved from a brand like Russell and Bromley or Smytheson, than wasting your hard earned cash on a gaudy or flash item just because it's the latest thing ! At least you will be unique,..all the money in the world can't buy true good taste and style ♥️♥️🙏

I have the Bvlgari serpenti in emerald green! I love the quality, its silent luxury to me because it doesnt have branding all over it. All my designer bags I own are like that. My next one will be Joseph Duclos, been eyeballing the Diane for 2 years since they first opened their doors again. I love French history and heritage. And esp Ramesh Nair, I loved what he did with Moynat, a brand I wanted for 10 years but finally have the money for it and bought the Gabrielle. Ramesh Nair always hits it out of the park!!!

What l love about it, is that it is a top handle bag and you can dress it down with the crossbody strap. Moreover the dauphine leather which makes the bag less prone to scratches. Thanks
I cannot say enough good things about Bulgari. Their customer service is absolutely exceptional, and the best I’ve ever experienced from any luxury brand. Omg, how do you care for it? I want a white bag, but I am a scared of them. I wouldn’t want it looking filthy. The lightest color I own is a Chloe Drew Bijou in the faintest baby blue, but I sprayed it prior to wearing. So far it’s holding on and it’s still spotless. But I don’t know if I’m ready to care for white leather 😬
White is a whole different beast! Definitely spray prior to being used, clean and condition regularly so you can slow down oxidation but it will yellow over time, wash your hands prior to using it and use it sparingly!
