      That's the saddest phrase I heard in years, and sadly it will be the fate of humankind, reduced to lazy pigs driven only by desires and without any kind of virtue or self discipline, with AI thinking for them.

    Hi, What a great video
    I have 1 question: I entered the same keyword as yours but why return different results? What is the reason for this difference when having the same input keyword? How does Notion AI produce results as good as yours?

    • @plompudu2529
      @plompudu2529 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      since it's an AI it will output every time something slightly different. Else it would not be able to get better.
      In short an AI tries something, then you vote to say if it's good or bad and next time it will do something different while considering the previous votes.
      So the longer it gets "trained" the better it gets.
      You can just try different wording to see how it impacts the output or rewrite, till you get the results you want^^

    • @andreadietrich
      @andreadietrich ปีที่แล้ว

      I was right in my concern. Because you can't just ask AI and trust everything it says. It can make things up. If you actually want to study you need to treat the chat as a tool that you program with words. Poor programming gives poor results. And you always should be able to back your information up with another resource.
      Here's how Ethan Mollick a professor from the University of Pennsylvania guided his students to work with ChatGPT: How to... use ChatGPT to boost your writing
      The key to using generative AI successfully is prompt-crafting (find this article)

    Difference between Notion Ai and CHATGPT.

    • @plompudu2529
      @plompudu2529 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I think they both use the same Training Data (GPT-3) so they have the same "knowledge".
      In my use-case Open-AI's Chat-GPT is way better since i'm mainly using it to write code for me and to guide me in the right direction when doing Uni-Work.
      I think Notion is better for paraphrasing Texts and writing basic stuff like Meeting Plans and summarizing them.
      But both of them are relatively often confidently wrong.
      The Calories at 1:04 for example aren't really calculated but rather what the AI thinks could fit as the next "Word".
      Another example for OpenAI is. if you ask if 1+9 = 11 it says no. But if you say that it is correct it will assume it for the Rest of the Conversation.

    I really don’t care. The thing is if the computer does everything for you you never learn to do it yourself. It’s like having a self driving car. You never learn to drive yourself. If you have a player piano you never learn to play it yourself. The machine is doing it for you. Is that a good idea?
