If you do healthy activities that promotes good night sleep and if you practice a good night routine, like having early dinner, journaling, relaxation techniques, it might help you improve your sleep. I do the specific breathing excercise as recomended by my therapist. I have no sufficient knowledge currently to demostrate and explain about it..There are plenty of videos on youtube from authentic people and channels. Make sure you watch people who knows well about it.My personal suggestion is "Satvic Yoga" youtube channel. I have also tried their 21 days yoga challenge where they provide insight on these kind of practices.Hope this helps🥰❤️

At first I started reading in small portions at a stretch and gradually increased the number of pages. Above all, consistency is the key. Try reading atleast 15 mins everyday and slowly you can increase the time. Hope this helps.
