I don't have much information on this currently. But I guess, the quality of your day decides the quality of your night. If you do healthy activities that promotes good night sleep and if you practice a good night routine, like having early dinner, journaling, relaxation techniques, it might help you improve your sleep. Will work on this topic and I will do a detailed video in future❤️ All the activitues said in this video has improved the quality of my sleep.

Will upload a detailed video on how I made it a habit. When I started, I chose a book that suited my need of that time. At first I started reading in small portions at a stretch and gradually increased the number of pages. Above all, consistency is the key. Try reading atleast 15 mins everyday and slowly you can increase the time. Hope this helps.

I do the specific breathing excercise as recomended by my therapist. I have no sufficient knowledge currently to demostrate and explain about it..There are plenty of videos on youtube from authentic people and channels. Make sure you watch people who knows well about it.My personal suggestion is "Satvic Yoga" youtube channel. I have also tried their 21 days yoga challenge where they provide insight on these kind of practices.Hope this helps🥰❤️
