While studying I retrain my mind to draw while having fun and it helped me a lot. Studying then trying to draw what's in your head is really draining, so having fun while drawing really helps a lot. And, everyday I end my day with cooldown drawings so I'll crave to do more art tomorrow. So yeah, that's how I keep on doing art everyday. Hope to be part of your team soon! (I'm creating my portfolio now so hoping to get accepted).

Not necessarily. You will eventually learn how to do keyframes on the job. What's more important is your portfolio demonstrates your knowledge in anatomy, from different angles, perspectives, poses, etc. Hope that clarifies things! :)
Nope, not at all. Educational background isn't too important, as long as you're not currently studying/enrolled (since we only have full time positions as of this moment.)
