    This is amazing. Thank you - I've never done yoga before and I was struggling to connect with my horse and find my seat bones. This rally helped and I found them! Yay!! Thank you

    Thank you! This was really nice and focused on all the areas in my body that feel stiff. I usually try to stretch myself when I feel stiff but I find it hard to find good positions. I'll definitely come back to this video though.
    I didn't really feel any stretch at all in the position where we should sit and hug one leg while the other was outstretched. I don't know if I was doing it wrong or if I need to do some adjustments for it to work for my body, I'll have to research that to see any alternatives to try in that particular position.

    thanks! Had to take a break from the forward bends this first time as my calves/ back of the knee muscle was straining/ burning 😂 at the end I felt the energy flowing nicely through my feet! Thank you, will start to do this as part of a routine ☺️
