Yep same here. I’m doing this regenerative practice in Arizona. Just started putting some stuff on you tube. Love watching other people do it.

    Greg sent me too.
Interesting seeing a Minnesota rancher, I’m in Michigan and know cold, snowy winters.

Heard you on Greg's channel. Solidarity brother. I'm a former Bradley tank commander, Iraq III vet, sold my concrete company long ago... hands gave out.
    Keep rockin' it on grass.
We're shopping for our next farm in Oregon, right now. Times are sayin' for us to fire up the food production again. I'm 61 years old. Looking forward to the journey-rebooted.

Thanks Peter, we have kept a couple wool ewe lambs back, we will be keeping track of them and there lambs, most likely will phase out all wool sheep over time.

Found you from Greg Judy’s video. Looks like a nice operation you have going on. I am down by Mankato and have been looking to add sheep as part of my vineyard management.

Your voice quality and speech patterns are a lot like Greg Judy's. Is that from hanging around the sheep?

Hello George! I am a new subscriber after learning if your operation on Greg Judy's video. Also a fellow Minnesotan and have been curious about how St Croix sheep and South Poll cattle would do in this climate.

That's a nice looking dog you have there. Say, maybe in the future you could talk about how the wool x hair lambs turn out, how you manage for wool, etc. Have you kept any of them? They all look good George. - Peter

So, what’s the specific info that could help the average viewer? I mean, what state of the USA is this? What’s a bottle lamb? What do they drink when water freezes outside? Gosh. But I’m glad to see healthy lucrative sheep.

Nice video George, how are you marketing / plan on marketing them? Curious if you've been butchering any for sale or personal consumption. My hair sheep at 12 months seem to be approaching about a 35lb carcass weight. Mind you these have all been culls so not a great representation of the potential of hair sheep. I'm hoping to have parasite resistent genetics that can yield a 50lb carcass by the 14 month age.

I have not sold any for meat yet, only have had 2 lamb crops so far. I sold a few breeding rams, otherwise I have been grow some out for the freezer. I would like to mostly sell seed stock and keep back inferior rams to finish out on pasture. Ewes will be sold off each year to maintain a flock of 40 very nice ewes

Well this year I underestimated what I needed. This year I am going to figure 2 bales per day for 150 days.
