For reason of daily program i have to reverse the day, so I do the Friday class. I finish this class with with tears in the eyes, I totally in love with this class... so emotional, purifying. I feel I can release all the bad feelings of these days with every breath. Namastè🙏

Thank you ❤️🙏 for this class with gentle stretches. Really a good gentle way to get into shoulder stretches and backbends as it is definitely one of my weak point. Plus, I tend to avoid those stretches as I don't like them. But your voice and sequence made me even not notice I was stretching these parts of my body. You tricked me, and I loved it ! :-D

Hello Marina, I am surprised to see how seemingly simple gestures actually require concentration and flexibility. Yoga has also taught me that we lose range of motion in our everyday postures. I am becoming aware that I had reduced my everyday movements and thanks to your classes, I am learning to recreate my spaces and to really breathe.
Definitely feeling alive and full of positive energy after this practice! Love the calmness in your voice, the soft music and of course all the twists, stretches and bends. Feeling amazing! 🙏🥰 I had to rest yesterday and am doing day 5 of week 3 today. 😊
oh this was a perfect class for me today, I love twists and want to improve my backbends, so it was a totally different focus today 😊 and YES as in your description I do feel lightness in my upper body I’m just feeling amazing 👌 thank you so much Marina 💟
