CarX is pretty realistic on a wheel, disable all the assists and see how it feels at least disable the "prediction" and "Stabilization" Assists, even on keyboard it feels better to disable these settings.
CarX has one of the most in-depth tuning systems available in a modern racing title. It's honestly pretty awesome. Having knowledge of real-life tuning values and the way they affect handling absolutely helps you set your car up for success in both racing and drifting. Does this mean the physics are realistic, or that the game is a simulator? As much as I love these games, no. In-depth tuning does not inherently make a game a simulator. Love, A guy who tunes cars on CarX 😂
CarX street is NOT a simulator, you are 100% right. Grinding is fine, but not grinding the same races over and over again. Thats my problem with forza horizon 5. Its not fun to do every Race all over again every week. And the funny thing is that im a forza fan. But forza's getting poopier and poopier...
Forza is falling under the Call of Duty Effect. Like seriously it’s going to be a FESTIVAL forever? And then u have the crew that dropped yet another motor fest game 😂 now I’m waiting for Battlefield to Drop with Nuketown & Shipment 😂

Horizon 2 was cool but it lagged on the x360 it was off a external hdd without external power so maybe thr usb2.0 on the Xbox were to slow. Anyway i almost got s Xbox one just to play horizon 2.. But then they announced forza horizon on pc.. I pre ordered it for like 35€ i was so hyped. And i still love forza horizon 3... I hates horizon 4.. And horizon 5 was alright but to many bugs... About 40h into horizon 5 and done all thing now its just repeating stuff and that sucks all my friends stoped after couple months hell even less most have 50h and are done
Personally I think Carx is the perfect standard for a SIMCADE Racer. Very in depth with customization and tuning while maintaining easy replayability. The community has always been so toxic but nobody realizes this is a small team behind this giving us constant updates which AAA companies refuse to do!! Edit: many of the settings which defy realism like the car holding angle by itself when turning can be switched off. When playing drift racing online every time a friend complains how easy it is I tell them to turn off steering assist which quickly humbles them…
As a guy who's been playing CarX Drift Racing on mobile and CarX Drift Racing Online since 2018. I can say that it's never a realistic simulator. Just because Devs added a title "THE REAL DRIFTING SIMULATOR" doesn't mean it is. CarX Devs are lying to us. and it's not the first time they did it. YOU HAVE TO BE THAT DUMB TO BELIEVE THAT IT'S REALISTIC. Just ask me a question about what you believed in CarX as a realistic simulator.
I gotta say while it isn't a sim directly, it is the first time I've seen ackermann angle adjustment in any game featuring tuning ever. Tuning suspension does seem to change a lot of the handling characteristics as you'd expect from so many options
Other people: arguing whether carx street is a sim or not. Me: 19:40 - 19:55, *whistle* devs just took the whole Earl's intro in nfsmw05 and changed the camera angles.

Bro this game isn’t remotely close to a sim. There no way you can hop off Gran Turismo 7 and jump on this and say it feels like a sim. Even Forza Horizon for all its faults is much closer to being a sim than this game. That doesn’t mean this is a bad game. I enjoy it but you can tell the difference in quality between this and one of the AAA racing games.
your supposed to use the same car to finish the club. when you finish the club you get a new car. then you take that car fix it up and start the new club. rinse and repeat. dont make it harder than it needs to be.
Quick advice Theo when you're getting spaces wheel spaces please upgrade your wheels first to wider size tires wheels and tires then put spaces so then one if you want wider tires on the rear you can put spaces that then bring it back in and then secondly you can in the other menu just behind your head you can put down the tire tread size and you can make them either stretch or not stretch so the fitment could pretty much end up being spot on and then next thing is with certain suspension you don't always have to get the ultimate or the top one look for the suspension which has cogs on it because it does allow you to lower it in the adjustability menu so you don't always have to get the best one to get the lowest fit and that works with turbos and customisable ECUs and other things which have the cog symbol on them and that's also for weight reduction and other things like that too you can increase the way or you can decrease the weight more without having to get the ultimate all the time or the absolute best part so that's one way of saving money
That comment guy is yapping and defending a game of cars with no emblems, talking about sim 🤣 Im with you Panthaa. Still a fun game tho. But there are better options out there 💯
The fun thing is the comment never said "its a simulator" its just more sim than arcade which is ... discussable. The second part of the comment was very interesting but obviously he didnt read it or commented on that part.
"It actually falls more on the simulation side due to all the things that are taken into account with the physics..." Yeah, just like Burnout Paradise. It's an arcade racer, but it's a fun one.
5:38 People need to know there's a difference between grinding vs. natural progression. Why can't we just get a progression system like in MCLA or MC3, it was very simple. Want a new car but you have to actually work for it? Do tournaments. Want to unlock customization? Do club races, and since you're forced to use different vehicle types, it always feels fresh and isn't repetitive. In MCLA, there's even pinkslips where you can win a car but you risk losing your own, but you can still get it back later. Every game nowadays has these stupid elements taken from live service games, like dailies, weeklies, grinding levels, doing the same races over and over again just to unlock one part, limited-time BS FOMO, like goddamn what happened to simple progression systems in racing games? Well to be honest CarX Street PC is like a simcade type of game, like simulator/ arcade. I sim drift and race in Assetto Corsa and ill say that CarX Street is good on a wheel. Dont believe me just look
I really like the CarX Street Concept. No AAA Graphics, cool cars, nice tuning, Nice Landscapes for a good price. Handling is much better now since launch. No Forza Horizon, no Need for Speed.... some spice from it here and there like every Game does. Got more time on CarX than Horizon 5 and Unbound together. Finally got that Sauvage Free Drift Clan finished 😅. Hoping for more cars in near future, and some nice Tuning parts and more Bodykits.
I actually got quite a different experience in my play through, at least later on. The main Problem was just the races in the next Tier paying literally 1k more than the one before with the cars costing double as much… Besides this i think it’s so annoying you have to wait 15 Minutes in between every elite race. I didn’t build up my car for this tier through all those races just to have to be switching cars for every race or having to let the game run for a quarter hour just to play two races back to back.
The car keeps angle like that because of assists. You could turn them of for a somewhat more realistic feel. But playing this on controller will never feel realistic. It's kinda good on wheel, a mix between arcade and simulation.
The only gripe I have with the game is that the upgrades really rocket you towards the higher classes, and most lower class cars don't fare very well on the higher classes for some reason, and while downgrading classes through motor swaps is fine, and the cars do fairly well, the other way around feels like a bit of a bait, at least when you're not entirely knowledgable on how to perfectly make that car balanced for the new power it gets from a swap / upgrade / whathaveyou.
Imagine thinking anything CarX is sim racing and realistic.. And then writing out a whole paragraph because you think you're onto something. This describes a lot of gamers these days who constantly complain.

True there are less people who care about the mobile version but for those who do, like me, we really need the same love the PC version is getting. There are a couple more things but I'm keeping it short. Since CarX is listening to you, we need you to be our voice. We need the help of Pants Man M'G.
I've been playing I really enjoy it I think the point is you buy a car like 2 tiers lower than what you want it for the cars are so much better with upgrades on, also u need to save your cars in the clubs to grind for gold to unlock the best stuff.
Now my opinion on this is as same as yours. Sure, it has very good looking graphics and sounds in my opinion, but the physics engine is more tilted towards that arcady feeling. Its not a sim, but a pretty laid-back experience for newcomers.
Am I the only one who realized that the S18 car that was available with the daily events is not available in the showroom anymore? What happened there?
Carx isn't that bad. It didn't take me that long to get a c6 car and finish the club. If you have the deluxe edition it comes with extra cars. And the dc2 you can actually win from one of the clubs. Each class there is a specific club to join where the reward is a car. And that's what I did. Good game for the money you pay for it
5:43 This, I'm still a mix bag with CarXstreet bc the gameplay is fun but each event feels the same besides just leveling up and probably getting a new race or dirft even and even dirft aren't that fun bc you if you're not playing with friends your just by yourself scoring points. What is with racing games giving us less game modes now?

I wouldn't go as far as to call this game a simulator, but it is most definitely the Tuning Olympics. The tuning values affect the way the car handles in a realistic sense, but I think calling it a simulator is a stretch.

It's sim-like based on everything the game offers- detailed modification on performance, fuel system, but the gameplay, that's arcadey, or sim-cade. Just because it has a fuel system doesn't make the game a simulator because I don't remember driving my car that slides A LOT.
This game is really different whether your playing with the gamepad or with the wheel... Try playing it with the wheel and you will understand at least a little bit what they mean with the simulation comment.

Whoever that was that said it’s a simulator has a brain smoother than his moms tires 😝😝😝
Would you ever do one final playthrough of GTA five single player or online before GTA six comes out
YO WHERE DID YOU GET THIS TSHIRT???
Brooo, you can fix the spacers pra pressing Y when you’re buying them
Does this game finally have controller vibrations?
My boy, they're all bark n no bite, play the game the way you feel is right and screw dem haters.
If this is a sim, then Motorfest is the actual fucking reality 😳
I assume most racing game players haven't actually driven a BRZ, let alone a M5 Competition. 😅
So strange seeing pants standing on business for once 😂😂
Where’s mr funny funny joke man 🙄😂
It would be nice if they drop more new cars
Favorite song from Tyler’s new album?
Carx drift is def not a simulator but it's really good tho. I even want gta 6 to have similar handling to this for supercars. Imagine
It's sim-like based on everything the game offers- detailed modification on performance, fuel system, but the gameplay, that's arcadey, or sim-cade. Just because it has a fuel system doesn't make the game a simulator because I don't remember driving my car that slides A LOT.
Play it with a wheel instead of a controller.
Car feels different with wheel
This game is really different whether your playing with the gamepad or with the wheel... Try playing it with the wheel and you will understand at least a little bit what they mean with the simulation comment.
if you call carX a sim you've never played an actual sim 😭🙏
Very cool video black panthaa
