Aw man, I was hoping at one point they would mention my fanart celebrating Johnny's 10th anniversary of his Sonic Hacking Contest Showcase with almost all the highlighted moments of hacks and memes through out the years of Johnny's showcases. Since the art was finished by the time this part came out. Oh well, the likes and retweets were still very much appreciated and it was also a fun ride looking back at Johnny's old SHC videos when finding those funny moments his friends and fans still talk about even to this day. It was also great having his fans contribute some ideas of hacks and memes to add to the art back when I was a member on the Discord. Happy 10th Anniversary of SHC Showcases Johnny!

Looks like Johnny loaded Modern SA2 with an incompatible mod, cause the textures for City Escape are broken as a result. And yes, Mod order is VITAL in SA2. It shouldn't look like that.
Edit: He's loading mods in the wrong order confirmed.
He probably didn't know there was a mod order on the page for the shc website. I found it in the pictures for the mod along with a few options that needed to be changed.
Mods are so fucking confusing
@retropeacock386 From the sound of it, his mod loader also sounded out of date because he brought up having to set his refresh rate on his monitor from 144hz to 60hz. The Mod Loader has had a function to lock the framerate since Summer 2023, completely making that a thing of the past.
@linguicaguy For SA2, yes, but it's easy to setup if you know the trick.
Code based mods should be at the top.
Asset based mods the middle.
And for things like Modern SA2, that change extensive amounts of assets and code, they go on the bottom.
Edit: Hopefully, once the new SAModManager has been updated for SA2, it will become more user-friendly.

24:16 can somone make a mod that makes the mechs like this, I can't stand these fucking stages and would love to have them control like this or that makes them feel like gamma, I can fuck with gamma, 3rd best playstyle in sa1 but the mechs in sa2 just butchered the controls
