I'm sure the former General is aware that a service member may only disobey a direct order from a superior commissioned officer under specific circumstances. According to the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), Article 90, willful disobedience occurs when a service member knowingly disobeys a lawful command from their superior officer1. However, there are situations where it may be appropriate to question or challenge an order:
Illegality: If the order is illegal or violates the law, a service member should not follow it.
Safety and Morality: If the order poses a risk to safety or goes against moral principles, it may be appropriate to disobey.
Clarity and Intent: If the order is unclear or ambiguous, seeking clarification is essential before taking action.
How can a convicted felon get access to security clearance?

Margaret Brennan lost her reporting integrity .... when she parroted a report that Trump asked for a 1 Billion dollar donation , in exchange for favorable oversight. She did not due her due diligence in verifying the accuracy of the information ... instead, she put it out there as a fact ! She was probably referencing a Washing Post article.
Doug Burgum was at that meeting ....and immediately corrected her baised reporting. Watch the exchange , and see how uncomfortable she was . She did not apologize ....instead she changed the subject.
