Operation Shujaa - Maj. Gen. Richard Otto has added grit to the assaults on ADF in DRC

After taking over from Gen Dick Olum as the new operation Shujaa Commander Major Gen Richard Otto has added a new dimension to Operation Shujaa the war against Allied Democratic Forces who have been wreaking havoc for years in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Rwenzori sub-region.
The Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda People's Defence Forces led by Maj. Gen. Richard Otto are taking the fight to them. Our reporter has been embedded with Operation Shujaa and brings us this exclusive report."
