    i got caught up in curiosity to determine the relationship between lisa, A and B. are A and B related companies? what kind of arrangement is it in the context of this question

    In the example - the B shareholders have option of either redeeming 3m shares for $1 each or receiving 1m A shares. If the share prices were to fall to once lowest share price of $2 per share - then B shareholders will go for redemption. So, should be liability(?). In the video you only talked about share price rather than total compensation.
    Secondly, in the example scenario what is more important - current share price or lowest share price of A?

      @@jmakaza2936 Matt is correct - turn up the volume if you need to !! The volume is fine and there is nothing to improve.

      Volume is actually very low in this specific video, also for your information i have turned my volune to the maximum still cannot hear properly
      Had to use headphone ultimately, and also headphones are not always available to a person
      So please Open tuition, do fix this sound problem,huge fan of your work btw
