Sir, I have a question, what if we working with Loan notes and youre told to record financial assets at amortised cost and you're given premium and effective rate of interst and like a period of 5 years, when it comes to recording in the SFP how am I going to classify liability in terms of current and non current over the 5 year period
sir, if supplier agreed to get his settlement by taking our shares( fixed number of shares) in 3 months time base on a market price at a future date(variable). is this an equity settled share base payment or financial liability?
What I like the most about the lecturer is his genuine spontaneity
An amazing teacher with a great sense of humour!

Is there any way to find the effective interest rate
What if theres discounting factors involved
Discount factor has been taken care of through effective rate of interest
Why is the redemption amount 2100,000 instead of 2000,000
Please read the note immediately below the video (and click on 'show more') :-)
the $100,000 is the 5% Premium. that makes it 2,100,000 in total.
