    Kheema Pulav
    Ingredients:-
    Mutton Kheema - 500g
    Basmati Rice - 300g ( 2 cups)
    Water - 600ml( 4 cups)
    Whole garam masala - 1 tsp
    Onion - 1 sliced
    Ginger garlic green chilli - freshly crushed- 1 tb spn
    Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
    Shallots- 8-9 pcs
    Curry leaves- 2 sprigs
    Mint leaves- few sprigs
    Tomatoes- 2 chopped
    Chilli powder - 1 tb spn
    Coriander powder- 1 tb spn
    Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
    Salt - To Taste
    Oil - 2 tb spn
    Method:-
    In a pan add oil, whole garam masala, onion, salt and sauté it. Then turmeric,add freshly crushed ginger garlic green chilli paste and fry it.
    Then add curry leaves, mint leaves, tomatoes and cook it till they turn soft. Now add shallots, chilli powder, coriander powder and kheema. Cook the kheema for 10 minutes by adding little water. Now add measured water to rice ratio (1:2) and bring it to a boil. Add salt, soaked basmati rice and mix it well. Closed the lid and cook for 8 - 10 minutes. In the last mix it one more time and close the lid and serve after 10 minutes with mint Raita
