In this clip, Miguel A. Núñez Jr. talked about some of his more prominent roles, particularly filming Harlem Nights and Life. He spoke about what advice he got from Eddie Murphy that he still carries with him today. Miguel also weighed in on never getting any awards despite his extensive resume and the range of his acting.
Interview by: Luenell
He is one of the best Character actors in our community. We need to keep giving him his flowers everytime we see him.

Hell yeah he deserves more credit, loved watching his roles in movies especially in F13th and Return Of The Living Dead
He certainly is.

That scene in Life makes me tear up. He's a genius for adding that to the movie.
Yeah, that was the turning point in the movie
Yes! That was so sad, hes a great actor.
He was one of my favorite parts
Yeah I cried when Biscuit got shot
If that's really true...he had alot of "stories"...down 2 the brandy story jus seemed a little Farfetched
Miguel seemed like such a random interview choice, but this man is so deep and experienced, and I really did grow up with him in a way as he’s been in Everything! Flowers to this Legend, and big props to Lunell! Amazing interview!
@FUK YALL exactly
This interview with Miguel is really for the culture. You just had to be there bro.
They talking about Harlem Nights, Why Do Fools Fall in Love, Sparks,etc..
Miguel really has hits bruh!
Love and respect! 🙏🏾💪🏾
Juwanna Mann dont forget
Can't forget return of the living dead as well as Friday the 13th part 5 yell

Facts he's a legend gets overlooked because he had some gay roles but he's a he'll of an actor 💯🔥🔥💫
This guy is the real deal. My mom met him at an airport . He took the time to take pictures and even mingled with her and her friends for a while. She talked about it then, and still does. Lol! I appreciate that brother.
I met Robin Givens at the hotel I worked at and she promised to take a pic with me but renigged...no wonder Tyson beat that ass😏
He's from North Carolina we usually are very humble down south so that is probably why
This man was destined for show business. His energy is amazing

She right when he would say chicken fixes that killed me. That biscuit scene is one of the most emotional scenes in black movies
"Life" is in my all-time top 10. Not as a comedy, but as a "movie". It had everything. The script, cast and the synergy was perfect. Similar to "Coming to America' if you ask me. Also in my top 10.
💯
A comedy too tho
hell yeah. It was an awesome movie and a lot of fun.
I know, even though it's a comedy and jail movie it has a loving ❤️family friendship vibe.

Harlem Nights is one of my favorites, there will never be a movie with a better comedic cast!! Life comes in second, another movie I can actually rewatch and never get bored of...
I definitely agree with this. I love Life (one of my favorite comedies), but Harlem Nights will forever be a classic. The line up had all of the best comedians, etc... I'll forever laugh at both movies. Lol
This brotha deserves wayyy more recognition than what he's received! Hes been apart of so many historic projects that still have an effect on the culture wherever that is but the man is an wonderful actor & had made his presence known in the acting scene with his pure talent alone! Its ashamed you have to go certain lengths in Hollyweird to be recognized!! So many talented folks miss out because they dont sell they're souls & he humbly speaks of his career. The series SPARKS was taped in front of a studio audience. I was one of six people who worked under an audience coordinator. (We were basically ushers, although our title was 'audience page'.)
